One of the UK's hottest lingerie models, Rhian Sugden suggestively begins to touch herself in this provocative video, getting viewers all hot and bothered, only to reveal that she's sporting a set of prosthetic testis. She's promoting the act of self-examination to help bring about the awareness of testicular cancer for the MCAC (Male Cancer Awareness Campaign). The pro bono piece of work was created by JWT London and shot by British fashion photographer Rankin.
