The weekend started early with a concert on Thursday night. I was invited to go to the Justin Moore and Randy Houser concert that night, which was great! Even though I don't know a ton of their music, they both put on a fantastic show.
I ended up taking Friday off from work. Knowing it would be a late night, I knew getting up early wasn't going to be awesome. Plus, we were heading down to my parents house and were able to beat all the traffic leaving Cleveland.
It was a glorious weekend in the country with family. Lots of good food, wine, beer, baby snuggles, campfires, hitting golf balls into the woods. All normal things.
Teaching Caroline how to use her mini golf clubs... and my dad and brother doing a "long drive competition" with the smaller driver ever. |
Sunshine, babies, wine, fires. Happy happy happy. |
We got back to Cleveland around 3:30. I went cleaning crazy on my car, inside and out. And damn, it felt good to wash all that gross salt off! Really hopeful that we are done with that for the year.
It was a perfect weekend. And I didn't take a ton of pictures...because I was too happy soaking it all in. Time for another work week!
