Phone dies? OHMYGOD I CAN'T HANDLE IT.
Netflix won't load correctly? So...what the hell am I supposed to do now?
Computer breaks? And what the eff...now how do I blog. Or vlog. Or sit around for hours in the evening randomly staring at the computer screen.
This is how I feel 99% of the time. Unfortunately right now that has to do with our laptop. We bought a refurbished laptop of Groupon back in October, which had a warranty until the end of 2013. Around November/December, the screen started flickering to the point where I thought I would have a damn seizure if I kept looking at it.
We utilized the warranty, sent it in, got it back and they said everything was fixed. And it seemed that it was...until last week when it started doing it again. And hasn't fricken stopped. I tried to go on to the HP support site last night to chat with someone about the problem. But since the computer is no longer under warranty, chatting with a service rep isn't an option anymore.
Seriously?? And the last thing in the world I want to do is spend 4 hours on the phone with someone who tells me their name is Bob but obviously can barely speak English. All for them to tell me that my computer is no longer under warranty, so they can't do anything about it.
And in all honesty? I just want to drop kick the damn laptop out the window because we wasted our hard earned dollars on it and it's a giant piece of shit.
