She's Just Being Miley

When two of my favorite bloggers out there in blogland announced they were doing a linkup together, I obviously knew I had to link up. So here I am linking up with Lexe in the City and The Florkens for Mileyology!

Now I need to put this up front. 95% of the time, I can't stand Miley. I mean seriously...you had gorgeous hair, a super hot boyfriend/fiance, and were putting out amazing jams like Party in the USA. Does it really get better than that?? Apparently she thinks it does since she has decided to go bat shit crazy- chopping her hair off and splitting up with that gorgeous hunk of man meat her good looking fiance Liam. And basically becoming a total train wreck.

But there are a few things about Miley. So here are my 5 favorite Miley things.

1. The daily snapchat videos of Ashten singing Wrecking Ball. Without Miley writing this song, I wouldn't be able to receive the funniest snapchats ever around 6:30 every day.

2. Party in the USA? This shit is MY JAM. Seriusly. I have so so many great memories on Court Street (CI!! for my Bobcats) just rocking out to this song. One of Doug's old co-workers and a fellow Bobcat would freak when this song came on. And dancing with him while Party in the USA blared was the best thing in the world! Still sad he lives in Colorado now, not CLE. Maybe when I go visit Alexes, we'll meet up!

Plus really? WHY WOULD YOU CUT THAT HAIR??

3. Look at #2. And then watch this. Because I DIE. Every time. And without Miley doing such an amazing party jam, we wouldn't have the absolute funniest goat video I have ever seen in my life.

4. As much as I say I can't stand Miley as a person (seriously. Quit trying so damn hard), her music is good. Really damn good. Bangerz is saved as a playlist on my Spotify at work, and when I'm struggling to make it through a crappy Monday, I throw this on. A Friday afternoon when ALL I want to do is go home and crack open a beer? Yep- throw on this CD and power through. 

5. THIS. Absolutely amazing version of the song Jolene. And truly shows how phenomenal Miley's voice really is. So if you ignore the rest of this post, push play on this video.
