Sad face.

A few weeks ago, I posted about making grown up friends. And that one of the main reasons I was thinking about this is because one of our closest couple friends is moving away. This is the couple we started Tuesday night dinners with and our go-to couple for everything. Bored tonight? Call Rich and Carly. Hungry for sushi? Call Rich and Carly. Drink too many bloody marys on a Sunday morning? Rich and Carly, duh. 

Rich had already moved down to start his job, but Carly was still in Cleveland so I have been living in denial about her leaving. Well last night was her going away party from her job (she is coworkers with my husband), and we all headed out to celebrate her last week in town. Our whole Tuesday night dinner group was there, including Rich who is back up for the week to help her move. 

It was definitely a tad emotional. No tears on my part (yet). But I know they aren't far away. Again, these two have become some of our best friends in the world and it's been so amazing to have them a 5 minute drive away. We'll definitely be making more frequent trips to Columbus...but it just won't be the same. Sorry for the melodramatic sad face post. Promise it's over now!
