Our honeymoon!

With the complete craziness of the last few weeks, one of the main things getting me through it is that I know in 3 weeks I will be lying poolside in Vegas. While I feel like we might be going a little nontraditional for our honeymoon, we got a pretty damn good deal on flights/hotel for Vegas, and we are incredibly excited to experience it! Plus, we'll be newlyweds, so I don't really care where we will be as long as I'm with my husband (definitely going to take a while to get used to that one!). I'm just happy to have a full week of relaxation and fun.

While we are in Vegas, we will be staying at Mandalay Bay. Our hotel choice was a tough one- but since we were forgoing a beach honeymoon in some tropical destination, I really wanted a gorgeous pool.

There are also multiple pools, a lazy river, plenty of cabanas and glorious looking beach chairs. All of these things scream complete comfort. Not to mention the actual hotel rooms...

Gorgeous rooms. And while we are in one of the 'basic' rooms- it is still stunning! And I may or may not be planning on wearing my "Bride" tank top to try to get us upgrades :)

So besides where we are staying- I am insanely excited to eat. I seriously, SERIOUSLY love food. And when I started looking up Vegas restaurants and reading their menus, I was drooling on my desk. And that was mostly just looking at the restaurants in our hotel. We're definitely excited to explore and try new things! Though I am seriously planning on gorging myself on seafood one night. Mmmmm....

We're not huge gamblers, but I am still excited to go into the different casinos, maybe play a slot machine or two. And we're definitely doing all the typical touristy stuff- the Bellagio fountains, the corny pirate show at Treasure Island, a gondola ride at the Venetian. 

Any suggestions for places to eat? Things to do? What to see? I'm just so pumped to have a relaxing vacation with my new hubs :)
