Always a bridesmaid, never a...wait...

The common saying goes "Always a bridesmaid, never a bride." For me though, that hasn't been the case. I have never been in a wedding....that is until this year. And even then, not until after I am a bride.

I will be in three wedding in the next year- two in December and one next September. In addition to attending one more in April and one more in May...and probably adding at least one or two more in there! We are just in that time of life that so many of our friends are getting married!

Anyway- I am beyond excited and honored for the upcoming weddings in which I will participate in.

Bride #1- December 15

Megan and I met in college and were roommates when we first moved to Cleveland. We only lived together for a year, but have become very close friends! It's quite possible our insanely sarcastic attitudes helped us become such good friends- we have actually been nicknamed "The Tag Team of Negativity"  by another friend. We're not that bad...he was just mad because he is easy to make fun of. She is one of the readers at our wedding- and I can't WAIT to be part of her day :)

Bride #2- December 29

My beautiful cousin and wonderful maid of honor Abby. While she just got engaged a few weeks ago (YAYY!!! so excited for them!), they have decided to do their wedding relatively quickly. She will be moving to Oklahoma post wedding, and wants to be able to plan the wedding from home! I am beyond excited for this wedding. Obviously (as my maid of honor), she is not only my cousin, but one of my best friends and I love her so dearly. Not to mention it will be the 2nd family wedding this year, which also means so much fun!!

Bride #3- September 15, 2013

At my Cleveland bridal shower
Another one of my bridesmaids, Ashley and I have been best friends since freshman year of college. I met her on my first day at Ohio University, and we have been close ever since- including roommates sophomore year in the dorms and apartment mates our junior and senior year. And while she was in Chicago for 2 years post graduation, she is finally back in Cleveland living with her fiance (who is also my fiance's close friend and old roommate). Their wedding will in the 'burbs of Chicago and again, I'm SUPER excited to be part of their big day- I have witnessed their relationship since day 1, and it is amazing to see it come so far.
