I feel like I'm not the only one that is shocked that it is July already. I swear it was only May like 2 weeks ago! Thankfully, the next few weeks are pretty calm- before we hit August and September and everything goes nuts.
This past weekend was one of those calm weekends- dinner and being lazy Friday night with the fiance. Getting our invites printed, helping my best friend move in (finally in Cleveland!!), and spending time with my family on Saturday. Pool time and more relaxing at home on Sunday. Perfect summer weekend.
4th of July is this week...breaking up the week nicely. More time with friends and enjoying (or not...unless I'm by a pool, heat makes me cranky) the insane heat we have been having.
As for a few wedding updates:
- Still waiting to get my ring back...and I'm a little cranky about it. I really hate not having it, especially when people ask where it is and I have to explain.
- As I said above, we're getting our invites printed. I'll hopefully pick them up today. And even more hopefully- we'll mail them out this week. I am SO excited to start getting RSVPs back in the mail.
- The champagne glasses for our favors should be delivered this week (should have been Saturday after a rude call from FedEx at 8:30 am)
