As if Facebook and wedding blogs weren't enough to keep me from doing my job occupied, Pinterest came along. Damn you Pinterest and all your gorgeous wedding photos, awesome DIY projects and amazing recipes. Nothing screams procrastination better than this.
That being said, I have found some awesome ideas from here! Idea for my nieces birthday present (though not saying what it is yet since it's not her birthday yet!)- Pinterest. Last night I made yet another Pinterest recipe. Baked apples and brie. Oh. My. God. Brie is basically one of my favorite things in the world...add crispy, flaky dough and granny smith apples, I may have died and gone to heaven! Due to the fact that I had recently made something else with puff pastry (yet another Pinterest recipe...), I still had half a box to use. I came across this recipe and had to make it. Yes, I knowww baked apples and brie doesn't really count as a full meal, but with a glass of red wine, it didn't really matter to me.
